We are passionate about supporting the local creative scene and helping small businesses reach a wider audience.
How It Works
Preston Pulse Shop is a marketplace, not a traditional retail shop.
This means:
- We do not hold or stock any products
- All items are supplied and dispatched directly by the individual sellers
- Many products are made to order
When you place an order through our website, your order details are securely passed to the relevant seller, who is responsible for fulfilling and dispatching your item.
Delivery Times
Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, delivery times can vary depending on the seller.
Most orders are dispatched within a few working days, but in some cases it may take longer.

Responsibility
While Preston Pulse facilitates the sale, the individual seller is responsible for:
- Producing the product
- Dispatching the order
- Ensuring the item arrives safely
