Returns
Because Preston Pulse Shop is a marketplace, all products are supplied by independent sellers.
To request a return, please email:
including:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Address
- Email address
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about an order, you can return it within 14 days, provided the item is still in its original packaging and condition.
Just email us at returns@prestonpulse.co and we will arrange a return. You will need to cover any postage costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Please send an email to returns@prestonpulse.co within 48 hours of delivery
- You must include your order number, full name, address including postcode, email address, and reason for return
- Please include a photograph of the damaged or faulty item
- We will work with the seller to arrange a replacement or refund
In these cases, return costs will not be charged to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Made-to-order or personalised products
- Perishable goods including food & drink
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the seller has received and inspected the returned item.
Preston Pulse Shop reserves the right to issue refunds where appropriate.
